Some facts you should know about a registered agent in Delaware:

If you are an existing company which desires to change its registered agent in Delaware, you may do so at any time by completing a change of Delaware registered agent form and submitting it to the Delaware Secretary of State.

When you order online, we complete the form for you and send it to you for signature. Upon its return (signed) to us we file the form. We allow a week to ten days for the State to finish the process. In most states your information will be posted on their web sites before you receive a written confirmation. When that happens you're good to go unless some other gatekeeper like a bank requires paper.
